Lagos State Police Command said it arrested popular video director Clarence Peters in connection with the death of a video fox, simply identified as Kodak.
This development followed public outrage at the circumstances of Kodak’s death.
Tropics Nigeria reported that Kodak was allegedly electrocuted while using a telephone plugged into the socket at Peters House in the first phase of Omole, Lagos.
It turned out that after the electric shock, Kodak was taken to a nearby hospital, where she was confirmed that she was dead.
However, when news of the fox’s death became known, Nigerians during a conversation with the victim’s family demanded an investigation to clarify the real circumstances of Kodak’s death.
Bala Elkana, a state police public relations officer, told our correspondent on Sunday that Peters had been arrested and interrogated in a state investigation and criminal investigation in Panti, Yaba.

“We have him in custody and are currently being questioned as a suspect. We are investigating the matter,” El Cana said.
It was reported that the popular dancer was killed in Peters ’house while charging the iPhone on Wednesday, which happened.
