Lagos is still the leading population of covid-19 cases in Nigeria.
Around 400 Nigerians were confirmed to be infected again on Friday, with a total of 3,912 cases in the country, according to the National Epidemiology Service.
In a tweet released Friday night, the NCDC says 78 people have been cured in the past 24 hours, all of whom have now recovered from 679 outbreaks across the country.
In Lagos, 176 people have recovered from the corona pandemic, the state is most affected by the outbreak in Nigeria, the NCDC estimates that the state now has 1,667 corona virus cases.
In addition, ten people were reported to have died within 24 hours, resulting in the death toll of 117 in Nigeria.
Kano – The state with the highest number of cases in northern Nigeria has recovered 65 people on Friday, and the number of victims in the state has risen to 500.
Katsina State has the third-highest number of infected people on Friday, with 31 people re-infected, reaching about 137 in the state.
In Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, 20 more cases have been identified, including Borno 17, Bauchi 15, Nasarawa 14, Ogun 13 and Plateau 10.
States such as Oyo, Sokoto and Rivers have four people infected, three Kaduna, Edo, Ebonyi, and Ondo, while Enugu, Imo, Gombe, and Osun are the same.

The corona virus was first discovered in Nigeria on February 27,when an Italian man was taken to an isolation centre after landing at the Murtala Mohammed Airport in Lagos.
He and the first person who became infected on March 20 in northern Nigeria, Mohammed Atiku, have recovered and been discharged from the hospital.
On April 17, corona pandemic caused the death of Malam Abba Kyari, chief of staff to the President of Nigeria. He is the highest-ranking man to die in office.
Governors such as Bala Mohammed, Nasir El-Rufai and have been infected with the virus before recovering.
