The Nigerian Senate approves Nigerian’s President Muhammadu Buhari’s loan of $ 5.513 billion

The House approved the request at a meeting on Tuesday, less than a week before the president called for a loan withdrawal to fill the 2020 budget deficit.

According to sources, Nigeria will receive the loan from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the African Development Bank, the World Bank and the Islamic Bank.

President Buhari last week sent the House with a budget of over 8 trillion naira.
