Juventus through to Coppa Italia final

13 time Italian champions Juventus, have qualified for copa Italia finals on away goals rules after finishing 1-1 on aggregate.
Christiano Ronaldo missed a penalty for handball before Ante Rebic of AC Milan was sent off.

The penalty was awarded after the Croatian attaker fouled danilo.

Maurizio Sarri side will meet either Napoli or Inter Milan in Wednesday final in Rome.

Before the game began a minute silence was held for those that died as a result of the coronavirus and health workers were given an applause.

The atmosphere in the stadium was eerie as there was no fans in the stadium and the game looked like a training session but the host were given a great chance to score when they were awarded a penalty by VAR for handball.

Unfortunately Ronaldo, the taker of the penalty, hit the post and moments later Rebic was dismissed for a bad foul on Danilo.

Juventus enjoyed lots of possession, Matuidi forced a fine save from Donnarumma, while Dybala forced the AC Milan keeper into a good save towards the end of the game.

AC Milan sits 27 points behind Juventus in Series A, and they missed their striker Zlatan Ibrahimovich.

On 9 March, football was suspended in Italy but Serie A will resume on 20 June with leaders Juventus one point clear of Lazio with 12 matches to go.
