Aso Rock Lifts Interstate Travel Ban, Plans To reopen Schools For Graduating Students so they can get back to classes. The Nigerian feds said the traveling must be outside curfew hours only from July 1st-27th 2020.

The Federal government has agreed to lift the ban on interstate travels. Boss Mustapha, the Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID – 19 revealed at a briefing held on Monday 29th in Abuja. Mustapha said interstate travels which will take effect from July 1st, 2020 should not conflict with curfew hours of 8pm to 6am nation wide.

In a similar development, Boss Mustapha also said the FG has approved the reopening of schools for graduating students nation wide in what he described as “Safe Reopening ”, adding that it will avail the students the opportunity to prepare and sit for their final examinations. This reopening would be captured in the second d phase of the eased lockdown which will last for 4 weeks with effect from 30th June, 2020 to 27th July, 2020.
