Magu suspended as the acting EFCC chairman – Presidency

Magu was arrested on Monday by the EFCC at Wuse II office by a joint team of state service personnel and police, and will face an inter-agency committee investigating allegations of corruption against him.

According to the order of the committee, he was detained on Monday night at FCID in area 10 district of Abuja. The committee also interrogated him on Tuesday morning.

A source in the Presidential Palace confirmed to the Tropics reporter that Magu has now been suspended and is waiting for a decision on him.
