UEFA Champions League Draw is out

The UEFA elite competition, the UEFA Champions League will return on the 12th of August after the suspension of the competition because of the coronavirus pandemic.

All stakeholders during the last UEFA meeting had agreed for a one legged tie to be played. This means that there will be no home and away games.

Meanwhile, the second leg matches is also expected to be concluded when the competition resumes.

Also based on Covid19 protocols as currently implemented by other teams, fans will not be allowed in the stadium. Most leagues around Europe is expected to conclude their league fixtures before the start of the Champions League final.

Last year’s Champions League winners, Liverpool were knocked out of the competition by Atletico Madrid  with Man City being the favourite to win this year’s Champions League final.

Napoli / Barcelona 20:00 Chelsea / Bayern
