Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun was born on July 16, 1990, in Lagos, Nigeria. His family lives in Surulere, Lagos State, Nigeria. When his father was a Sunni Muslim, his mother was a Pentecostal Christian. He completed elementary and secondary education in Surulere. He has been interested in music since he was a child, but his family does not support him in his full-time work in music.
According to him, his musical career began on the day he joined the church choir.
