NEMA distributes 2,973 tonnes of food items to Adamawa residents

Yesterday, the honourable minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Hajiya Sadiya Farouq accompanied by Director General of the Nigeria Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, Muhammed Muhammed rtd. paid a courtesy visit to the Exexutive Governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Fintiri.

During the visit, 2,973 tonnes of food items were distributed to 59, 338 household in Adamawa State.

Adamawa State has benefitted from the Emergency Agricultural Intervention Programme which was approved by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019.
