In the note they wrote that they have both been dating for 6 years and they both have decided to spend the rest of their lives together.

It was stated in the note saying that they both struggled together to live a better life and now that things are moving well for them, their parents have objected to their marriage proposal.

According to the note, the reason why they can’t be allowed to get married is because of an ancient problem involving the Osu and Chu caste which they mentioned in the note that other villages have abolished.
