A supporter of the All Progressive Congress, APC has been caught and arrested by the Department of State Security operatives for vote buying.

The suspect was seen putting a white Polka doted shirt in the footage below and was accused of buying votes from the electorates in Esan North East LGA, Arue Ward 3, Arue Primary School 1 (PU 004).
