South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has reportedly gone into isolation after contracting COVID-19, according to a statement from the presidency.
He did so after discovering that one of the participants at a party meeting with him contracted coronavirus.
The statement said that from now on the president will be working from home, although he has not shown any signs so far.
On Sunday, a man attending a reception hosted by the president showed signs of the virus, before testing positive for coronavirus.
