Democrat candidate Joe Biden won the US election with 273 votes, his opponent Donald Trump 214.

According to the US electoral system, whoever wins the first 270 special delegates’ votes wins the election.

Mr. Biden’s victory in Pennsylvania meant he won the US election by an additional 20 votes from the Special Representative, bringing him 273 votes to 270. required.
