MEET The 27-Year-Old Popular Nollywood Actress, Mercy Macjoe
Popular Nigerian actress, film producer, brand ambassador, and entrepreneur Mercy Ima Macjoe, professionally known as Mercy Macjoe is one of the talented actresses the industry has produced.
Mercy Macjoe is the CEO of Beauty by Macjoe and MM Films production. The actress was born on the 20th of June, 1993 in Lagos but a native of Akwa Ibom state. Mercy’s father, who was a soldier, died when she was still a child. Mercy is a graduate and holds a degree in Mass Communication from the National Open University (NOUN).

Mercy joined the movie industry in the year 2011, with the Grace Movie’s Lonely Princess but it was the movie, Sugar Pot that brought her to the limelight in the industry. Mercy has featured in movies like Midnight Crew, Zenith of Love, Shame, Magdalene, Bread of Life, Girl Next Door, and Flaws. She currently lives in the US.
