Governor Badaru makes 11th-hour appointment in Jigawa

Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar has appointed Madaki Abdulkadir Ja’e as the new Managing Director of Dutse Capital Development.

The appointment is coming barely 48 hours to hand over the mantle of the state leadership to the governor-elect.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer, Office of the Secretary to the Government and Office Head of Civil Service, Jigawa State, Ismaila Ibrahim Dutse.

A registered member of the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON) Madaki Ja’e, was a one-time staff of the Ministry of Lands, Housing, Urban Development and Regional Planning before he was redeployed to the Ministry of Works and Housing as Director of Planning Research and Statistics from 2004 to 2007.

The statement, however, directed Arch, Saleh Abubukar Gumel to report to the office of the Head of the Civil Service.

The appointment is with immediate effect.
